Come to this workshop and find out!

Learn about the Wheel of Consent – a useful tool for making sense of what you want from physical interactions with other people and how to get it. This workshop is for complete beginners – if you have no idea what the Wheel of Consent is, or only heard it mentioned once or twice, this workshop is for you!

This workshop will allow you to:
raise your self-awareness of what you want to give and get in sex
improve your communication on boundaries and consent
make sense of experiences of mismatched sexual dynamics
learn skills to increase your and your partners’ sexual satisfaction

What we’ll do:
discuss issues of sexual agency, self-awareness, consent, vulnerability
learn about and role play various ways to communicate the desire to engage in erotic activities
do puzzles

There will be no facilitated touch activities in this workshop. It will be held in English and will last 2 hours including a 10-minute break.

The workshop will be led by Agnieszka Szeżyńska – a trainer, linguist, language and communication instructor and intimacy coach in training.
